Can I publish my articles here?
Recently, I have deleted some of my articles from a website and I want to publish them here. I hope this does not count as "duplicate content" since they are my own and need a new home. So, my question is, can I publish those deleted articles here?
If the articles are still cached by search engines, your content will be flagged as duplicate. If someone copied them and you don't know about the copies, by pulling down your work, their versions have now become the "originals" and you'll be flagged as having duplicate work plus it's really hard to then prove ownership and get the stolen material taken down.
But if neither of those situations are in play, you should be able to use your material on this site.
@relache The articles are stilled cached by Bing and Yahoo, (but not Google). No, they have not been copied by any writers so far. Thanks for answering my question.

I've just seen that one of my hubs has been flagged up as having been copied. Someone has copied it word-for-word on Yahoo Answers. What should I do about this? And will my hub score suffer as a result? Thanks, Moon.

I posted a topic on, 'I will definitly publish 70 hubs a week because I got time for that'.
