If I have several hubs with zero visits in 30 days, should I delete them. They are random hubs, not in a niche, and I honestly don't have anything else to say on the subject. Are they bringing me down, just sitting there?

I know we used to able to delete the comments capsule, but I can't find the delete button. Can we not anymore? I posted a Hub and don't want comments on this particular Hub. Any help would be appreciated!
