I had the same experience with one of the hubs I was building, I believe it is your own view when you click on the article in your own account, this is nothing to worry about as you are not going to make false impressions on advertising as that isn't added until after you publish your hub. It is you viewing your own hub. No one else sees your hub if it is not published. I used to worry about it too when I was new to hubpages.

Why does my previously unpublished article show 99 views?I just published a new hub and noticed that it had 99 view before I even hit the publish button. is this some sort of glitch?

Every time I create a hub and save the draft, I notice there are page views that show up BEFORE I publish it. Sometimes the page views show up before I've saved it as unpublished. Is HP counting all our editing page views?

I have 8-10 articles that have got zero views over the last 30 days. They normally pick up some views, but this month I noticed they got none. Some are recent articles, others less so. Some have thousands of total views, but none in the last 30 days. So, I have decided to unpublish them for now...

When your hubs are unpublished why does it still show page views?Are those Hubpages staff reading your hubs or something? I just don't understand how something unpublished can be generating page views.
