Should any tags that you select on the right hand side of your hub page alse be repeated within the text of the editable hub
There is no rule as such , but if your tags are relevant to your hubs then no harm in repeating them in the text section
Just FYI, but all tags should be highly relevant if you want them to work as well as they can.
Nobody's perfect and we're allowed to make mistakes how else do we learn?

I migth be sounding a bit stupid asking this question, but i think they may be keywords? What is the job of tags? Are they keywords that when someone types in those words, depending on your page ranking, your article will come up?Please help!
