My hubs are 100% mine, why hp kept telling me they're duplicates? How's that possible?
Is it not allowed to copy my own articles from my facebook and blogspot accounts?
Everything you publish on HubPages has to be unique, whether you wrote it or not.
you can also copy and paste a short paragraph of any of your hubs, go to http://www.google.ca/advanced_search and see if someone's stealing your work.
I can see that your question is not yet fully answered. Hubpages doesn't allow part or whole of content already published elsewhere. Even if you are the author and have copyright for the same. No, you cannot have your content here and another place on the internet. One or the other. Hubpages wants to keep its exclusivity by having content here only.

I have another website that I plan on taking down, and am moving my articles from there to HubPages. Needless to say, they are getting flagged as duplicates.
