You can simply Copy and paste the URL of the Hub you want, to the answer. This works for me. However, for some questions, you can't do that, so be careful where you post your URL to.
The example or the procedures Jessi10 explained is the way to insert the hyperlink in an answer. However, many hubbers including myself don't like hyperlinks in the answer.
There are three options when answering a question, they being "make a Hub about it", "preview answer", and "submit answer." "make a Hub about it" allows you to answer the question in the form of a hub.

Do you think it is tacky to post a link to your hub in a comment you leave for someone else?I can not bring myself to leave a link to one of my hubs in a comment I write to other people. Hi, I copy link to my clipboard,I highlight the words I want to create the link to, paste the link intot he appropriate window but nothing happens. The words don't highlight and the link is not created. also tried to put links specifically in a links capsule but I am unable to do this...
