What are the best forums for link exchanging?
I am looking to find link exchange partners for some of my sites. What forums are the best for link exchange or were should I search for new partners?
I wrote a hub on this about a year ago.
For links and backlinking I use Redgage.com.
Here's the link to my hub. Hopefully it serves as a tool to help you. Good luck.

Link exchanges are not really worth the trouble.
As you know, Google judges the value of your website by how many other sites link TO it. Agreeing with another site to link to each other - a link exchange - is an obvious way to get a site to link to you. But it's SO obvious, Google realized what was going on a long time ago. Now, if Google sees a reciprocal link (i.e. two sites linking to each other), it doesn't give the backlinks full value, because it knows those two webmasters are trying to game the system.

I have noticed hubbers with experience talk about letting articles age - and they will start to gain visitors. I don't understand this. Check out key words, write it and 24 hours later it's on Google. So how does this ageing or aging process work? Please.

Well link exchange is not encouraged but you can find such people on Digital point forums, V7N forums and SEO chat forums.
