Can you put hubpages links on pinterest?

Can you put links back to your hubs on sites such as pinterest or is that violating any hubpages rules?

When you pin a hub the picture actually has a link back to your hub already.  If you want you can always include your link in the description of the picture.  I do believe that Pinterest is do not follow, but there is still lots of value to using pinterest.

Yes, you can.  Make sure you are signed into your Pinterest account.  Then hit the pin button at the top of your article.  Even puts a nice link to your article for you.

    Hello David!

Backlinks are not the same as "Duplicate Content". You can create backlinks on virtually any sharing site without being in violation of HubPages terms of use. Pinterest is great because you can "pin" a photo from one of your Hubs to a 'Virtual Pin Board" and when someone clicks on your pin, it will take them to your article in which the photo appears.

If you would like to learn more about Pinterest, check out this article: http://hubpages.com/t/2ddd34 Backlinking is good as long as you link to a reputable site like Pinterest. I hope this helps to answer your question!
