I own a domain name which i bought last year, i haven't done anything with it. When i typed it in earlier, a local hotel's site came up. What's this about??
I still own it.
It's probably "parked" at your registrar's site. If you don't point the domain to a website (or buy their web hosting package), they will point it towards one of those parking pages.
(And make cash off it while you try to decide what to do with it! Nice, right?!)
Ok, thanks for that Erika, so they will make cash but i am not entitled to anything?
