It depends on the reason they given. You can appeal if it is caused by invalid click activity. Guess most of the time, they will just reject your request.
As the Google policy ,they must send you a mail regarding Disabled account. So first Read ,then try to get back to them with proper answer of their question and try to convince . Or discuss here what was the Reason behind it so Hubers can answer it properly.
If they said they permanently disabled the account, then the only thing you can do is look at AdSense alternatives. There are plenty out there. Just search, "AdSense alternatives" in Google to find them.
Your AdSense account may be disabled for invalid activity or Ad serving is disabled to your website.
