How does my hub gain in HubScore when it receives no page views?

I have a relatively new Hub that I wrote which had an initial HubScore of 46. It has had only 13 page views since written, yet the HubScore has gone up though it has not been viewed since the day I wrote it.

Your hub forms only a partial of your HubScore.  Your actual HubScore encompasses your activity within HubPages; it is a reflection of the quality of your input within the HubPages community, whether you are at the Learning Center or participating at the forums, or posting questions or giving out comments. I am not sure how the algorithms of the scoring; in my opinion though, somehow, it quantifies diligence and dedication within HubPages.

But does that influence your overall score? Or your score on the particular/individual hub?  I too, am a bit confused by this.

My hub score can go up when I haven't been on HP for a week and when I haven't had many views.  There is no rhyme or reason that I know of after being here a year.
