Why does the "my account" page show traffic increasing symbols next to articles went its not ?
I have had a few aticles with double red triangles representing increasing traffic when the figures are static? Is this not odd?
Traffic is read differenty by HP and Google due to different timing schedules. You can check where your traffic is coming from by looking at 'Sources' in HP and your Google analytics will also provide clues where your traffic is coming from.
The triangles indicate a change in traffic. For example if you had a hub that had only gotten 3 views during the last week and in one day you got 3 views then it would be considered rising traffic. At least I think that's how it works. You have to compare overall traffic to current traffic.
