Why does the bar on hub hopper go up and down?
At first I thought it was gauging how well I was hopping hubs, but after a while I realized that it was just jumping up and down almost at random. Does anyone know the explanation?

There is a new Hub Hopper that is available today. I've posted some details about it on the blog and set this thread up to discuss it and to get feedback. *Note, the Hopper is only collecting data right now, but will soon be used to select Hubs to feature.

Every time I hop hubs my hubber score plummets. I would think that the time and care I put into this would improve my score. Is this a fluke or am I not doing a good job when hopping so my score falls?
