Is this one of the forbidden links on hubs?
I have a hub I just wrote on eTextbooks. I reviewed the different services and included one link to each of the services. None are affiliate links. The eTextbook specific sites do not seem over saturated. I can find a few articles on them but not many. So, as it is eTextbooks and not just eBooks is it verboten or am I okay?
I don't understand. Was the hub you are referring to "unpublished?"
If not, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If so, then you might have to email "email@example.com" a few times to get an actual useful response as to what they want fixed....but they will email you back sooner or later.
I don't think they are going to or have ever banned anyone from having too many on page violations....I mean, I could imagine them doing something like that fast were someone linking to...overtly porn or phishing sites, etc....but I've personally had I don't even know how many issues with things being unpublished, and I'm still here.
I've heard of people being banned for "being abusive towards the moderators," and for just having terrible English skills.
I'm sure I'm not the HP gossip section leader or anything. I just think you ought not worry about it too much
It wasn't unpublished. I just am wondering if I need to figure out how to change it before that happens. If I don't have to worry - that would be awesome!
Just always remember no more than TWO links to ANY domain save amazon, youtube, HP, or Wikipedia.

After 6 months on the site i've started the really wonder how many backlinks is a reasonable number to any hub, and really to a hub becoming successful? Or is it simply a lottery. What kind of figures do other hubbers consider?

So, I've had a hub unpublished due to HP claiming that it's overly promotional. The hub only has 2 outbound links ( which is the number of links we're allowed to put for the other external sites ) this is the only thing that I'm having in my hub. There is also NO amazon products or Ebay or...

Can someone please help me? I've seen some really sub quality hubs out here. I write well and yet my hubs are being unpublished and continuously picked on for sub quality. I'm offended. You're making it not fun to be a hubber. http://vivbounty.hubpages.com/hub/firew … -plus-help
