What is the most views you have had on one of your hubs in 1 day?

I got 200 views on one of my hubs in 1 day...I was very excited. I know this is nothing compared to all the great writers on hubpages but I'll have to admit, it did feel good!

I think about 3.5k for one hub. Others have spiked up to 1,200 or 750. Depends on the topic and time of year, or if they go viral.

I keep seeing people write that; I mean the 1000 views in a day. It seems to be like a VERY distant dream. What kind of articles do you believe generate so many views?

Ones where there are few writing on the topic and many Googling it. Keywords are key.

If I ever get 200 views in 1 day I will be very excited too!  If I am lucky at this point I get between 15-20 views a day, but I am still working on that.

The Best Homemade Mexican Salsa has had views of 3500 a day, although lately it's been getting about 2000. My next most popular hub gets 350 a day on weekends. But 200 views a day is nothing to sneeze at! Congratulations! Views go up and down, and you never know when a hub will hit it big.

Dear gorilla24, you should be excited. 200 views in one day are very many. Great going. Unfortunately, my hubs have not generated anywhere as many. It might be the titles I choose.

    Keep up the great work!

I had a Hub once get close to 38,000 page views in one day.  However this was back when the site was much smaller and several years before Panda/Penguin.

Views go up and down like a fiddlers elbow. As people searching for things varies. My most views in one day, on one hub was 700. But this has lasted for several months. It has now slowed down to around 100 - 200 per day.
It spikes often as it gets shared quite a lot when people find it. Then it goes back up to the 500 - 700 mark. I do not market it excessively and prefer to get organic traffic.
It is on the Google chrome browser. It has had 25,000 + views in just over 2 months. Titled 'This site has insecure content' It has very little in terms of on-page SEO apart from the obvious, and is my most popular hub, currently.

200 views in one day is pretty darn good going. Congratulations.

It really is a numbers game and the more good quality hubs you have, the more aggregate views you will get. It is not really about individual hubs but about a bunch of good hubs with great content.
There are hubbers on here with just a few more hubs than me, making a good second income. They have been on hubpages for years and their hubs are mature. Apart from the panda updates. etc.
I expect my earnings will catch up with them in the not to distant future.
