    I'm having difficulty with applying for the google and ebay ads, can someone help me?

    Google ads is a requirement for ebay so it should be your main focus. If you don't have any blog, try creating a new youtube account and post at least 3 videos. Monetize it and incorporate the account to your hubpage earning program. That's how I did it and everything went well.
