Is it better to update a hub with updated information or write it as a new hub?
As per a revenue and traffic standpoint, is it better to edit an existing hub or start a new one?
In my opinion, edit it. Most sleeping Hubs can be edited 99.99% of the time. It will save you time and also views lost.
I agree with JThomp42, I just recently updated about 3 of my sleeping hubs and they have awakened. I added fresh info, links as well as video to them to give them that fresh feel and now what was once sleeping is featured.
If you update your hubs regularly it is going to improve traffic from search engines especially google. Google has always preferred quality content which is updated regularly instead of new content.
