To reach the $50 payout threshhold, is it possible to combine multiple hub accounts/usernames?

Also generally, what are the advantages/disadvantages of having more than one user account here on hubpages.  (One thing that springs to mind is that would needs to spend more time on attaining a high hubscore.)

I think that's not possible. Both accounts will have different payouts. However, having multiple accounts will surely increase your earning. My first one manages to maintain a payout every 2 months despite having no specific niche. I have high hopes that this new account would do better. Good luck!

No, you have to earn the 50 dollar threshold under each individual account. So, in my opinion, having more than one account would just be twice the work. You aren't getting any advantages by having two accounts.

If you link all your hubs with google adsense and all your accounts with google adsense you stand a good chance of making more money with google adsense because even multiple hub accounts can be linked to one google adsense account.

But as far as being paid by hub pages goes each account pays individually. So having multiple accounts will not speed up payment because each account accrues payments individually and so if you do have several hub pages accounts they will all need to reach $50.00 dollars to get you a payment.

I hope my answer helps. Best wishes from safiq.

I assume the same as others said . Only your Google adsense earning can be increased this way if you link all your accounts with adsense account . This can happen because your any of the hubpages account in any time may be on top of the charts in Google Search when updates are rolled out . That way , overall earning from adsense will be increased .

But hubpages ad program will treat your every account individually .

I think it is better if you just focus in one account and improve your contents, having  multiple accounts does not guarantee you can quickly earn money fast, it only will consume more time to manage several accounts.
