Some of my hubs are not under "Feature" , the "H" logo. Can other hubbers read them?

I noticed that some hubbers has 13 hubs but only 3 of them could be seen on the profile page. Doesn't it mean that my un-feature hubs cannot be seen by others too?

You have to go to edit on your profile, there will be a box to check, It will say (Show only featured hubs on profile) Check no. Hope this helps.

I still receive traffic from my hubs without the "H" logo.

This means your hubs are idle. Not trying to intrude, but they need to be edited a bit to get even more traffic. A simple edit will have them featured in 24 hours. Just trying to help. smile

They can still be displayed on your profile where people can click on them.  And of course you can link to them from other sites.  It's just that they will not show up in a Google search, nor will they appear on category pages on the HubPages site.  You might as well move them to another site or your own website.

As JThomp said, you can make them all visible on your profile page by editing your settings and checking "no" where it asks if you want to display featured hubs only.  And as Paxwill said, even if a hub is idle, you can still create links to it and share the url with other people.  If it's idle, it won't show up on a HubPages site search, so if you want to keep it on this site, you should make some minor edit to send it back to pending.  Even changing one word will do the trick in most cases.
