If I delete my hubs will they be deleted from search engines too?
I want to terminate my hubpages account so if I delete my hubs will they get deleted from search engines too?
You have 124 hubs. Just curious, why would you want to delete your account? If you want to remove hubs and post them somewhere else I suppose I could understand but you seem to have a good thing going here. I have noticed that I have less ads showing on hubpages compared to two other sites I post on, and I have made 10 times as much here as I have on the other sites. I'm new to all of this so I could be overlooking something but so far I'm seeing much better results on Hubpages than my other sites. Just a thought. Wish you the best.
@ Pool of Thoughts his account only earned 100k+ views after 2 years. He may not be impressed with it or has only earned a small amount in the process.
To answer the question, yes. It will be removed from search engines but only after a week or so. That's how search engine bots work. Given majority of your hubs have been published a long time ago, it would take some time for search engines to recognize that they are already gone.

I thought if a hubpage was listed in Google search it was featured. But apparently that is not the truth. I guess I will keep the hubs up and run my own check on them.

I haven't written anything on HP for about two years. I still come by occasionally to comment, or post to the forum. I noticed that with 174 hubs I get about 100 pages views a day. Just wondering if...
