When signing in I have been directed to what appears to be an inferior formated site. Without any notification from HP one would have to ask if this is genuinely HP or a phished site?

I've had that occasionally. It looks as though the main page is failing to retrieve the stylesheet css file. But that's juat a guess, and I don't have any theory about why.

I logged out, scanned my laptop (fine), waited, logged back in again and now it's back to normal

It would be lovely, if we could have some help connecting with our Squidoo Lensmasters. Many of them have chosen different avatars and different usernames, so it is hard to tell who they were. My username here is different from the one I had for years, at Squidoo.
