When signing in I have been directed to what appears to be an inferior formated site. Without any notification from HP one would have to ask if this is genuinely HP or a phished site?

What is the deal and why do our pages look like a third world website?

I've had that occasionally. It looks as though the main page is failing to retrieve the stylesheet css file. But that's juat a guess, and I don't have any theory about why.
