How do I reply to comments on my hub?
There is no reply button, how can I directly reply to the person that has commented on my hub?
Just comment on your hub. The comments go in order they were posted so your post will fall under their comment. That's how we all do it. Replies are only for questions and in the forum.
This is why I type/copy in @"commenter's name": when trying to direct a response to a specific comment. Something that I picked up after using Twitter.
In The Question/Answers, it is a bit easier. I just use the "comment' feature under the specific answer.
The "reply" button will appear after 10-20 min, i think. Best way is go to the bottom of your hub article, write in your comments in the box ( the green color Add your comment that box) and press "Post comment. You could write @abc ( example the hubber to leave a comment ) before writing. Hence, the hubber who left the comment knows that you had replied.

When I get a comment on one of my hubs I usually reply, at least with a thanks if I can. I notice some do and others do not reply to comments.I am wondering if there is any reason for not replying apart from being too busy to do so? Is it bad for bandwidth? does it score against your page rank,...

However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment. Instead, I have to go to my main Comments page and find the now approved comment...

Do you reply back to each person who leaves a comment on your hubs? Please explain the reason why you do or do not. I am wondering if I need to do this or not since I have noticed that some folks do this pretty faithfully.

So, I've always thought it was the polite thing to do to reply to commenters, and thank them for their time and input, and I've made an effort to do so consistently. However, I'm wondering if this is now being discouraged by HP, as there is no available comment box for replies on hubs that have been...

In another thread trish1048 made a comment about comments - I found it a bit of a shock to be honest. I'd really appreciate other viewpoints please? What she said was: "What I greatly appreciate are the hubbers who always respond to their comments. Nothing frustrates me...
