Ya for sure. As long as the hubber has it set up that way in their settings. Just visit their profile and view the fan mail tab.
At the bottom of the page you will see "link to this page". Click on it. It will supply you with a shorter version of the URL for you to paste in an email or elsewhere. Or just copy and paste the one at the top of your page to where you want to put it.
