I cannot publish hubs
When I tried to start a hub, this message always pops up.
Please fix these errors before continuing:
Please specify a web address for your Hub.
what could be the reason?
Hmmm... I'm not quite sure. You can click on "help" and ask HP about this. They will usually get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you have a URL for the hub that you are trying to publish? When you first start a new hub and input a title for your hub, the URL of your hub is automatically whatever title you put. However, you can edit the URL and change it such as shortening it or only putting the keywords of your hub.
If you're getting the error that you mentioned, perhaps you haven't inputted a URL for your hub yet. Put your chosen URL for your hub then try publishing it again.
If you're still having problems, then you can try contacting HubPages about this via the help wizard. Here's the link for that: http://hubpages.com/help-wizard/ . Hope this helped.
Thank you guys!
Now my new hub is published:)
It's a story about a little village boy and a small bird

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...
