What do my readers want to know about?
Title says it all! Ready, set, ANSWER!
The title has to eye catching readers are often curious to read about something new and informative or mysterious. It all depends on your title and what you have to say from a personal experience to your every day lifestyle. How you put all the information into words is entirely up to you.

Why do they call it a "hot water heater?" If the water's already hot it doesn't need to be heated.
Your reader doesn't know what they want to know until you show them what you can inform them about. Make them want to know more.
Readers want to know what you are passionate about because what you feel strongly about is perhaps what you will write best about. True? I have no facts for that answer. No study. It may not be true 100 percent of the time, but I think it's a start. Then when you write with passion, people will want to know more, won't they?
