A hub is a single submission. They should be more similar to a magazine article than a blog entry.
A blog tends to be personal writing, usually in the first person. Hubs are articles, usually written in the third person, and they tend to be much longer than the average blog post.
My definition as here - http://fictionwriting.about.com/od/glos … erson.htm. To say usually written in third person is a bit over the top. An article can leave the writer out entirely, unless doing creative writing. Sorry but limited here.
