How do you find your news feed?

Your news feed is what you see as soon as you log on. In the black stripe, to the right, just above your profile pic with comments, your hubs your profile, start a new hub in green, is explore, notifications, etc Notifications is a list of new posts on news feed, usually with posts that you are following.
When you're logged into your account, click the HubPages logo in the upper left corner of the screen, and your news feed should appear.

Simply that... my news-feeds are disappearing and/or not refreshing automatically. Meaning I am needing to go in and refresh them manually. This won't work on the ongoing forwards...Please don't respond that...
