Did the individual Hubscores just get radically shaken up?
Is it just me, or did the scores of individual Hubs just get radically shaken up? It certainly appears to be the case in my portfolio, where some previously high-ranked Hubs have dropped a lot, and some under-performers have suddenly soared in ranking. Still others haven't changed much, and if there's a pattern, it isn't obvious to me. Thoughts?
I don't notice much of a difference in my individual hub scores, but my hubber score jumped by 2 points after not moving for weeks.
Well, thanks for weighing in! It was pretty marked for me; my current top-ranked Hub is a perennial low-ranked one, which is now one of 3 at a 100 Hubscore. And this for a Hub with all of 17 page views in the last month!
Weird, this morning my overall hubscore average is up 3 points and my hubber score dropped from 90 to 87 over night. There goes the theory that better hub score average means better hubber score. Makes no sense!
I've been noticing the same thing over the past week. They go up and down almost every day. Yesterday I had a dozen in the 90s and a few of those crashed to the 70s and a couple of my high 60s jumped into the 80s. There doesn't seem to be any more or less views so I can't figure out why it happened.

I know that there are a lot of things to discover here in HubPages and I think I can learn more by getting involved in a forum where experts and experienced hubbers can help me. For these past days, one of the things that caught my attention was my hubber score and hubscore. I got low...

I have read how hubscore is computed but was still surprised the other day when I saw a hubscore of 1. It just is somewhat amazing to me that some hubscores are 10 or below. Don't get me wrong----I'm really not trying to be judgemental or holier than thou or anything it's just I...

I know hubscores go up and down, but why does a hubber with a great profile have a low score? Will somebody please explain why Angela Brummer, with 15 great hubs, 701 followers and all those accolades, only has a Hub score of 66? I know scores slide up and down, but this I would like explained.

Does anyone know why the Hub and Hubber scores are listed for us to see on the My Account page? We’re told that Hub and Hubber scores really don’t mean anything as far as traffic or value of the hub is concerned, so why are the numbers even available for us to see? It seems to me that an...

Hi. I'm kind of scared to start this thread, but my husband (Ghost32) said it seemed appropriate, so if I'm doing something wrong, blame him! I just signed up two days ago (I think it was). My HubScore started out at 30. I added an avatar photo and a bit of bio, and the...

Hey, I have built a number of hubs and I am beginning to think they are a complete waste of time!!!!!!!!!!The scores go over and under 75 all the time regardless of the constant traffic they are receiving, I have two hubs over the 75 mark we are seeking and the links are still NOFOLLOW!!!So I ask...
