Is ones Mood plays any role for writing Awesome Hubs?
If Hubs written in heavily populated minds would be Featured or not and if Hubs written in your best mood and you put your best efforts would draw attention of hubbers.
I believe that every mood would make for better writing depending on the subject matter. Some of the most artistic pieces ever created were those coming purely from pain or joy. Being in a good mood could help get you into a "flow" as well. So I'd say yes. This doesn't mean only write when you're in a great mood though!
