Are you allowed to advertise on this site or is that frowned upon?
I'm currently writing a hub that I have received others input on and would like to know if its okay to add links to their shops.
Also, in future I wondered if its okay to have hubs on 'top films' or my favorite reads? Is that okay to do so? Also would it be okay to then link these items? Specifically, I've bought items on Etsy I would like to 'review' and recommend. Is that okay to do in a hub? Sorry for all the questions and I hope it makes sense. Thank you! - Jennifer-Louise
You might want to look at the TOU, but all that sounds okay to me. It sounds like you have a lot of good hubs waiting to be written!
Just remember that your hub (and the writing therein) is your content. So long as it stands on its own, adding links to amazon products and non-spam websites is okay. If the hub leans too heavily on the link or specific product, then it can't stand on its own and would get flagged as overly promotional.
