What do you do if someone copies your hub onto their website?
I found that one of my hubs has been flat out copied and pasted onto a webpage. Without my authorisation no permission and not even an author credit. I have no clue what to do about it, or where to start.
You need to file a DMCA with whoever 'hosts' that website, Cynthia. Lots has been written about that process - here on HP, on google etc. Do a search ... but if you can't find the help you need, you can email me if you want telling me which hub it is. Don't put details of the hub on here.
Cynthia this person has in essence done a copyright infringement. I would contact the editor of Hub Pages, and ask for her assistance.
This happened to me long ago. It was discussed in this forum post. I invite you to read this forum to see what we should do.

My slideshow grew and sucked in copies of my other photos on my hub. Is it supposed to do that? My slideshow originally had 5 photos. I wanted it to stay 5 photos. But right before I published, I saw that it had all 13...
