How do I bring traffic to my blog?
I do all the necessary requirements but how do I get people to engage in conversation and comment on my posts?
Blog or hubs? Hubpages is not a blog, it's for standalone high quality articles.
Whether you write a blog or hub, you need to remember that your title is one of the most important parts. Having a title which matches topics people are Googling (but no one else is writing articles about) means you're most likely to get traffic.
