Is it necessary to meta-tag pictures uploaded to hubpages?
As in keywording, description etc. Or do all these get removed when hubpages rename the picture files?
You can set "source" of the photo and a subtitle, meta-tags are not required. However, if you want, from the "My Account" page, you can go to "Photos" (the direct URL is -> http://hubpages.com/my/photos/gallery) and there you can manage all your published photos, and you can also add descriptions.

I recall my photos looking distinctly sharper in previous months on all of my Hubs. I hope we can return to the crisp image quality once displayed as a standard on HubPages.

My photos look very different after they are uploaded to Hubpages. They appear to be dull and unsharp. I am a commercial photographer so I do know the standards. Even though I had applied more sharpness and saturation...
