Traffic boosting tips
I'm nearing my 1 mil view badge & trying to hoist myself up over the milestone.
Some things I use:
- reset google crawl rate
- KW research (I don't stuff but I do check)
- mention my HPs on my website & blog occasionally linking
- social media (FB, Twitter, Tumblr, Pintrest, Fliboard, etc.)
I've also just spent the last month refreshing all my hubs, almost done with that (fixing broken links, making relevant updates, etc.).
Love to hear other people's traffic boosting tips, either for slow & steady rise, or even just a temporary push for some hubs.
I review my Hubs on a regular basis for keyword phrases and compare them to the volume stats on Google's keyword planner.
I also run grammar and spelling checks on them now and then in case mistakes slip through previous refreshes.

Ok, so, on rare occasions, I hit 100 as a hubber score. I like to think it's because of my literary genius, but the truth is, it only proves that HubPages still hasn't figured out how to master it's search-engine appeasement algorithms well enough to exclude idiocy like the crap I write from...

Do you think that a good way of boosting your authority in the eyes of Google is deleting non-performing hubs? I always periodically clean house and delete hubs that aren't performing. That way, when Google checks out my subdomain, all they find are hubs that have good view duration and...
