How to communicate with the editors that "improve" my pieces?

I try to  write back but the error messages always come up as a bounce back.  I am very upset about the latest round of edits on a piece I've had published here for 5 1/2 years that has always done very well.  But every time this happens, and I want to communicate with the editor, it bounces back.  Very frustrating and time consuming.  So, how are authors supposed to communicate, especially when the links provided by HP don't work?

You don't have to keep the edits. When you go in to edit your article, you can undo any edits that have been made.

Email support to ask about contacting an editor. Use the Help link at the top of the page.

I've just spent more than two hours fixing the "improvements"  on this, which included the editor adding his/her own (unnecessary and misspelled) content into my copyrighted piece, without my permission. Very frustrating.
