Are bloggers allowed to use copyrighted phrases?
I know it's a random question, but are bloggers allowed to use a copyrighted phrase or word as part of their blog (title, main body, etc.)? Or do they need to get permission from the copyright holder?
Let's say, for example, that I want to write an article about a copyrighted Starbucks drink. Can I use it in the title and text? Or should I give up on the idea altogether?
Thanks for any help in advance!

Do you include a copyright notice in your articles? Why or why not?I never do this, but I see that a lot of folks on here do. Just wondering what the opinions are out there.
