You shouldn't post a complete hub here. This is for forum posts. If you are able to delete it, then do so. Otherwise it might show up as duplicate content when you eventually get your hub published.

Okay,  I see. I published my article now, and will post the link below. Apparently  my original post was automatically deleted, somehow.

I skimmed your article and found lots of grammar errors. You might want to use an online grammar checker such as Grammarly.

Fair enough. I fixed any error I could find, but do let me know if you find something I missed. Feel free to give me any other advice you have!

Your title is way too long and really does not seem to match the content.  This is more about Celiacs than gluten it seems.  Also, you are using the word "gluten" far too often.  This is considered to be keyword stuffing and Google will lower your ranking because of that.  There also are some basic grammatical problems you'll need to address.  For example, you'd never begin a sentence with the word "See".

Hmm, I guess the title could use some trimming(maybe by use of a subtitle, if that's applicable). I did notice that Celiac took most of the space, but really, there's not much else to say about gluten without delving into unnecessarily complex biochemistry. I was not aware of such a concept as "word stuffing", but if it is a problem I will take care of it immediately. As for the grammatical errors, English is not my native language, so I may indeed miss some basic nuances; you'll probably have to direct me a bit more specifically on them.
At any rate, thanks for the feedback. All your suggestions will be taken into account within the day.
