Hi, to my article is ready for a niche site but need help with my content table.

    https://hubpages.com/food/4-Meat-Bean-a … ad-Recipes

    This is from editor:

The inclusion of a table of contents is great but I would move it down a few capsules. It is not a good idea to make it the top capsule of the whole article. You can play around with the format but a simple numbered list in a text capsule would also look fine here: it does not have to be a table. I see that you have added a table of contents to a bunch of your articles and that is great! I would just make sure they are properly integrated with the text.

I am confused where they want me to put the table. I moved it down one capsule. Further down just does not look right! Help anyone!

Also, I do not know what it means to properly intergrate text. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I see your problem.  You don't need to list the contents of your article, but you do need to have a good, clear general introduction.  After that, your Capsule titles should be the names of the recipes you are going to offer up, followed by the recipes.  That will resolve your entire issue.

If you do as I suggested, integrating will not be an issue because you will have removed your list!  Integrating simply means "connecting" the two in some way.  For example, if I have a list that includes "using a skin cleanser", Lower down I would do a capsule with that some title and then write about it.  However, as I said, eliminating the list and replacing it with a general introduction will eliminate the problem of integration.
