    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article The secret behind hearts of palm (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi Neal, welcome to HubPages.

Interesting topic. I think I've only eaten hearts of palm once.

First of all, put the title into title case. Also do the same with your subtitles.

Secondly... what's the secret? If you promise your reader a secret, you should reveal one smile

"What Are Its Benefits?" No apostrophe in the possessive.

Do a thorough proofread. Try reading the text out loud. It helps you to pick up typos.

If you make health claims, you must back it up with a reference.

Probably better to take it out of the weight loss category and put it into healthy eating.

Do a bit more with the recipe. A photo, proper directions. Maybe even another recipe or three? In fact more photos would be a good idea. Also if you cite Wikipedia, you should link to the photo owner. There are instructions right by the original. Your own photos would be better in this instance.

      Hope that helped a little.

To improve, you could fix the numerous factual errors. Palm heart is not usually from the cabbage palm (you could have used just palm and it would be correct), are only from Costa Rica in the US, do not make osteoporosis any better, etc, etc, etc.
Also, the  many issues that theraggededge pointed out. (No secret pointed out in article so the title is misleading, health claims that are not backed up, use of title case, and others).
Lots of work to do but you have picked a good subject to work with. Good luck.
