      Perhaps add an intro? Have you seen how food bloggers present a recipe now?

      Have a look at this on I just found on Pinterest: http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/slow-c … ef-brisket See how she talks about the meal. Scroll down all the pics and she lists the equipment. It's all really detailed.

      This is probably just a British thing, but how is a meal using packet seasonings and dressings a recipe? Basically, it's chop up some meat and veg and add three packets of processed stuff. We can't even get those things in the UK, and probably not in Australia either. I, personally, would much rather see a recipe that contained good, easy to obtain, fresh ingredients with a smattering of spices.

    The recipe is easy and easy to follow. An intro (perhaps a bit of family history on it) would dress up the post.  You might like to take a look at how some other hub recipes are produced.

    Recipe hubs with something different, with a new take on a common recipe often do well.  Study up and give up more! smile
