I'm doing a hub about the healthiest options at a certain fast food chain. Am I allowed to use their pictures they have on their website since I am also using their nutrition info?
No. They are copyright, as is their nutritional information.
You can email them and ask for permission to use both. Many organisations are glad to assist.
Is there one in your area? You could take a few shots of your own. Or if you know someone near the restaurant, they could take some shots and send to you. You just have to credit them for the pics you put in your hub.
Nutrition data that is just a list of products attributes cannot be copyrighted. Copyright does not extend to facts such as ingredients in plain list form.
Nutrition info is fine but website photos no. If it is a popular chain, there might be pictures available at free photos platforms or you can take the pictures yourself as a customer.

A hub of mine was copied on a blogger blog. I saw the copyright symbol on my account and found the blog. Clicking on "report abuse" I filled out their form, and the article was removed in a few hours. It was very easy, thanks to the notification by HP and quick action by blogger.

Hello! I'm currently writing a Hub, and I'm trying to think about pictures that I can use once I publish it to HubPages. It's about the Facebook marketplace application and how to use it. However, I was wondering if I could use the Facebook Marketplace logo as a picture. Would that be copyright...
