Hello! I'm currently writing a Hub, and I'm trying to think about pictures that I can use once I publish it to HubPages. It's about the Facebook marketplace application and how to use it. However, I was wondering if I could use the Facebook Marketplace logo as a picture. Would that be copyright infringement as it is technically not mine?
Just a general question that I would like to know for future situations like this. Thank you!
Logo is a trademark of a particular business or service may create a misuse of intellectual property issue
Please check the copyright notice from the link where the pic belongs. If it say you can't use,you can't.
Yes. That would be infringement .
