My article was featured about 2 weeks before and suddenly got unpublish today. Can anyone explain the reason to it?
Is it the baby one? I can still see it on your profile, so it's featured.
Did you get an email about it from Hubpages?
When I read this article the other day I was wondering about all of the images you used. Did you have permission? I am not sure if that would cause them to unpublish or not, but it certainly will keep your article from being moved to a niche site.
Oh yes, I just noticed there's one taken from the Mayo Clinic which is clearly copyrighted.

I don't remember seeing those images the last time I looked at this.
Looks like a lot of questionable generic comments on there too. That won't help either.
Do share about the generic questions that pop up in your mind so i can clarify it and improve my article further.
HP does say they do not look into copyright issues with images. So a hub with stolen images can be moved to a niche site. Just bad quality images and watermarked images are a no-go.
Thanku lobobrandon for this info. My hub is not moved yet because it needs further improvement in sense of content.
Dr mark there was no obligation to the pictures i uesd. Further my article is totally medical knowledge based so i have defined things in medical terms only(though simplest definition). I would really appreciate if you point out some other mistakes so that i can improve my article and get it moved to a niche site.
Did you edit it? Anytime you edit an article they go through it again to confirm that it's okay.
Thanks to all for your response. Actually it was my mistake i posted it somewhere else cause i read somewhere that, “your hub do what you want.” So I immediately deleted my article from other site and it got published again.
Nevertheless, you cannot use images that are marked with copyright. Hubpages will penalize you.
Additionally, if you have taken them from other sites, you may receive a demand for payment for unauthorized use.
It's always a good idea for new hubbers to put the source and the actual licence on the images. So, for instance (I'm making this example up):
Source: maryjane.flickr.com
Caption: whatever this picture is about. Republished under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0)
After a while, you become adept at using images legally and properly, so I often just add the source to one (unless required to do so by the image owner).

I used to do it, stopped doing it and now I just did it. But is there any value to sharing it before it even gets featured or not?

It took two years, but I finally did it. But normally since so much editing and work is needed to get the articles up to standard, they are still added to the top spot of the Profile page so readers know you have moved a rewritten piece to a niche site. This one wasn't, and I was told that was...

My recent article “Dreams: What Do They Mean?” has been moved to Exemplore. I am pleased with that as I have only had a couple of articles moved there before. But, what I am less pleased with is that every one of the images I used (from Pixabay) were replaced with less attractive ones. The video I...

I'm very happy with the results of the niche sites. It's a win-win for HubPages and writers like myself. But I'm a bit curious about the process for choosing Hubs that go on those sites. One of my most successful Hubs on a niche site has more than 1,250 words, multiple photos and an original video....
