      Hi there,

      What d'you mean, 'rate'? We don't rate articles. It used to be possible, but not any more.

      There is some awkward phrasing, Try reading the text out loud as it uses a different part of your brain. For example, "As things started looked promising enough for me over the years..."

      And what's this, "Some sites like Hubpages even give you credits for your articles."? 

      You've used the same image twice.

      It's a nice personal account of what worked for you but there are several grammatical errors. When you are writing about writing, it really must be perfect.

        Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I will start working on them as soon as possible.

        I guess, the excitement of writing for Hubpages, and the fear of failure made me commit such mistakes.

        I will keep these suggestions in my mind in future too. Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts.

          In future, it really helps to include the link to your article so people don't have to search around for it.
