Help With Title

I have been focusing on marketing lately and one forum I have been trying to get traffic from banned one of my articles saying the title was sensationalized and click bait.  The title is "Try These Mental Health Apps to Improve Your Quality of Life."  The content is about what the title says it is about.  None of the other sites to which I submitted the link have had an issue with it, views are up and comments on the other sites are all positive.  If it helps to take a look at it you can find it at this link https://remedygrove.com/wellness/Mental … ty-of-Life

I just need to learn what makes an article considered click bait to avoid it in the future.  Any suggestions to change it to a title that might not be considered spam would be appreciated.

I don't see anything here that would be considered spam unless you are trying to sell those apps.  That may be the problem and that particular site may be sensitive to it.  It can give the appearance that you are , in fact, peddling apps, which I suspect could be your culprit.  If that's the case, just changing the title won't help because the content would still be considered spammy.  The fact that one commentater stated it's worrisome that people might start using apps instead of seeing doctors may be what the site is thinking, too.

It was published last Feb. and immediately moved to a niche site.  The apps are all free (some may have a fee involved it you want to add features).  But it's not the content it's strictly the title that's the problem evidently.  It seems like it's just the moderator as I received over 200 views in under a half an hour with 30 some odd comments, all positive and the ratings on the article with one exception were all positive.  Then the moderator said the title was sensationalized click bait and banned it.

Click bate is when you make the reader think they are getting one thing, but then they get something completely different. I did not see that you have done that with this article. It looks to me like you gave exactly what your title promises. In addition, HubPages editors approved it because it’s already on RemedyGrove. So that is a strong indicator that you’ve done a good job with it.

Having said that, I wonder if that site has a terms of service page that might detail the things they consider to be click bait. Maybe they use certain keywords as a trigger for that detection. If you find out what it is, you can eliminate them.

EDIT: just read your reply to TT2. Maybe try removing the words “Try These” from the title.

Just heard back from the moderator.  He said it was because I'm promising to improve peoples lives.  I don't see it that way but he's the moderator.  Thanks for the help.

If that's the case, how about using something like "The Latest Popular Mental Health Apps" or "Mental Health Apps You May Want to Consider".
