Okay, lately, been getting a lot of warnings from Google with HP..
    Have had article for years!

This is what is on adsense account..
I just received the below message from Adsense.

Publisher ID missing from ads.txt files
You need to add your publisher ID to the following ads.txt files:

        healdove.com/ads.txt

This will prevent a potentially severe impact on your earnings. Copy and paste the following code snippet into each ads.txt file:

Where to add it is the problem. Do, patients lounge can't be added because I do not have access to root

You can't add it. It's automatically added when you have an article published on that particular HP site.

If you are still seeing the message, and you definitely have an article on the site, you need to contact the team directly.

There is a way of checking and that is to pull up the source code for the site, then use Ctrl F to find your publisher ID.

Well I did email them twice, and they said not to worry about the ad code in healdove; which I don't understand, because I do have articles in healdove.

I also mentioned to them about patients Lounge not being added to authorized sites and they never really said anything about it. So I don't know what to do, but I know I'm losing Revenue.

Like I said, I tried to add it to a list of authorized sites, but then I get the error that I need to add the pub ID, ads.txt problem and then I need to verify which I cannot do.

Is there anyone directly high up that anyone has an email address to?

I did email @team too and I got this response:
"You can ignore this warning, it will eventually be removed. Ads.txt is appearing in your account. Your AdSense ID is in this list...(omitted)...which means you are earning money."

But there are no ad impressions showing on my Adsense page.

I used to get a substantial number of impressions and fair earnings when they were all on Healdove. Now that most, except two, have been moved to Patient's Lounge, not even 1 impression is showing

Definitely, I've been losing income for nearly 3 weeks now.

Me too and I don't know what to do.  I know I'm losing because I had earnings and ad clicks (several a day)..  nothing now and not showing any impressions.

I got this same message too, regarding my articles on PatientsLounge.
It’s been days now and I believe I have been losing earnings because of this.

    Contact team@hubpages.com

There have been other threads about this. I get the warnings too, but only on the network sites that I haven't got articles on.

There is a way to check that the code is there by looking at at the source code. Maybe someone else can explain how to do it?

Edit: This might sound silly, but are you certain your articles haven't been moved to other network sites? For example, Healdove comes up in my list of missing codes, but my one article on Healdove was moved to Remedygrove.

A number of my articles on Healdove were just moved to PatientsLounge. I wasn’t even aware of the move until I got the message from my Adsense account.

So if you have no articles on Healdove, that means your Adsense code won't appear in the source code of the site. However, Healdove is still listed as one of your 'properties' on Adsense. Hence the warning.

You can choose to ignore it (nothing will happen), or you can remove Healdove from your list of sites to get rid of the annoying red banner.

I do have about 2 articles left on Healdove so I still have to let them stay.
(By the way, this is on my second HP account).
I'm just worried that I've been missing some earnings for the articles moved to PaitientsLounge. It's been well over a week now.

Thank you Theraggededge. Maybe I should send mail to team@hubpages. I hope it will be resolved soon. Missing out on even 1 day of earnings is so upsetting.

yes, the article was moved from healdove to patients lounge but patients lounge is not listed in the authorized sites at all but pet helpful, hubpages and healdove is because the other article is still in healdove

You can add PatientsLounge manually to your Adsense sites. Contact the team about the missing txt from Healdove.

Well when I try to add it, it wants me to verify and there's not a way for me to do that

Yes, some have and some havent. Think I'm more concerned  that patientslounge hasn't been added to auth sites . I cant add it because I can't add pub ID without having access to root. Hubpages has been notified by me, but they don't respond.

I have the same message, probably for the same reason.  Articles moved out of Healdove.

Yeah, you're probably right, but I still should be seeing patients Lounge in the list of sites
