Wow I've been peeking in for the past few hours and traffic is dropping like a rock. Is there an issue with tracking?
Haven't seen any changes at all on the stats page in the past few hours, which happens often, so am not seeing what you're talking about.
Mine has been dropping steadily over the past 24hrs. Now down by roughly 25%.
Must be commencing the descent to HubPages Hades. Please fasten your seat belts
I follow you (since you are great <giggle>
Anyway, have a question.. for 3 weeks now I have contacted the HP team regarding patients Lounge (Healdove was switched over to patients Lounge Niche site). Google adSense keeps sending me an email denying my site because the script is not inserted into the head portion of patients Lounge. I cannot do that because I don't have access to the root. I'm still waiting on another reply. Do you know what is going on my chance? Thank you in advance
It's always fluctuating! Please do not fret! Unless you see a traffic drop that lasts for a *very* long time, it'll go back up. I promise.
My numbers are fine.
It would help your traffic if your articles are moved to niche sites. If they are almost all on HP main site you are not going to do that well.
I just read your article on Sick House Syndrome. It could be moved to Dengarden with some editing. The first thing you need to change is the title.
What about "Things you can do to clean up a house suffering from sick house syndrome" or whatever. If I am searching for this I already know what it is so I am probably looking for solutions. The solutions are already there, in a bullet list at the bottom, but I had a hard time finding them with a quick glance. (Take a look at successful articles on the niche site you are trying to aim for.)
You should edit all of your articles so that they have a better chance of being moved. If you have not been submitting them to HP every two weeks (to be moved to a niche site) you should start.
Best of luck.

You know the way traffic seems to ramp up slowly after a beneficial update? I don't understand the reason, I would have thought there should be a sudden step increase. Well does the same happen after a detrimental update? Personally for me there seems to be a steady weekly 10% drop and it's not...

What changes can I make to increase the falling traffic to my article? My articles are already featured. It has all kind of capsules except video. What kind of changes can I further make to increase the falling traffic?

I pretty much have the same amount of traffic everyday but last week 5 of my hubs were moved to niche sites and since then I've has less half the traffic as normal. What could cause that?

I know that this isn't a unique topic to start a new thread but I wanted to ask something different. I want your opinion on what I am going to do.As you probably know that the traffic for many hubbers have significantly dropped to 5%. I am getting 200 to 300 views/day now and 6 days ago, it was...

It was published 12 years ago and has had seven edits by editors over the years. Possibly it has been moved because of low traffic or not enough content. Some reasons suggested were: long walls of text non-evergreen content photos that are too small (<700px...

Over 1/4 of my hubs have not been moved to a niche site. They do not have much traffic from Google, so it is not HPs fault that they have not been selected. There is nothing wrong with them, but they do not have "Google love" so are only moved in the slow process where I ask HP to move...
