Hi, I'm new and have my 10 featured articles but don't know how to generate revenue. Google Adsense say they have a problem getting my account going but have not identified the issue and I have no way to contact them to clear it up. I'm confused about Hub Pages because I read they have their own payment program, then I read that you can only make money through Hub Pages y winning contests. So does this mean if I can't get Google Adsense I make no money? Also, what is the difference between Amazon Associates and Hub PagesAmazon program? Thanks.

There are two main payment programs:  HP and Adsense.  If you use HP, you'll get money from both of them.  If you use Adsense, you'll only get money from Adsense.  However, you must have an Adsense account in order to earn anything, and doing that takes a bit of time.  In some instances they want more than10 good articles, sometimes as many as twenty...so keep writing.  Also, the articles must be well written.  HP uses its own Amazon program, not the affiliate type you would use on an individual blog, for example.  The good news is that the HP Amazon program pays a higher rate for  things people purchase.  Do as Raggededge says and read the info in the learning center...then keep writing and improving.  It will all work out.  You're not the first person here who has had problems getting an Adsense account, believe me!  ... and welcome to HP!

You may not have enough articles yet.  Some people have to produce 20 to get approved by Adsense.  Keep writing.

No one really gets through to Adsense.  Post exactly what you are trying to do and what happens when it doesn't work, to the Adsense forums. They will explain what the problem is.
