    It sounds like your article has been edited by Hub-basic/ Hub-pro. Did you submit this to a niche site Lisa?
    The red exclamation mark usually means that changes have been made. If you click on the circle, it should take you a page which tells you what has been done.

    Green circles with red exclamations are to be met with joy. They are generally considered as a sign from the gods of the web. One could find such a sign as reasons to enjoy pizza and beer, and know that, for at least a hot second, the internet gods have smiled upon thee.

        Usually it does mean that, but not necessarily. What you are supposed to do is click that green thing with the red in it, and it will take you to where you can see the edits that were made.
