How could i post my article that i have post before in another site?
You can't post an article on HubPages that already exists elsewhere on the Internet. It will be considered duplicate content and will be rejected.
HubPages requires articles to be unique, informative, magazine-style, and written in near-perfect English.
Looking at the piece you have published, it is clear you don't understand what this platform is about.

HubPages required full length (1000 words average), informative articles. There's no point pressing 'publish' on an incomplete piece.
Articles also need to be written in near perfect English.
The Learning Center has lots of resources to help you get started. Just click on Help, top right to navigate there.
Welcome and good luck.

After reading a couple of fairly good reviews of this site elsewhere, I thought I would finally activate the account I set up years ago and write my first hub. I now wonder whether it was worth it. I wasted time posting my adsense and amazon links and signed up to the eBay program. I wasted time...

When I joined HubPages, I saw it as a great opportunity to...
